Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the schedule and availability for all clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the actual service booked.
- No-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the actual service booked.
